Rage nunca ha sido una de mis bandas favoritas ni de lejos, especialmente en tiempos recientes donde se repiten más que el ajo. Pero sí que hay que reconocerles que nos han dejado temas y algunos albumes de puro heavy metal dignos de mención. El momento cumbre de su carrera se produjo en mi opinión con al entrada de Victor Smolski en la banda, sobre todo al principio, con ese magnífico disco titulado Welcome to the Other Side. En ese disco los Rage están sembrados, tocados por los dioses. Saltaban chispas. Algo que nunca más volverían a alcanzar a ese nivel.
